FTSA Winter Strength & Conditioning Program (2007–2013 Players)
First Touch Soccer Academy is excited to launch our Winter 25/26 Strength and Conditioning Program, designed specifically for older players (2007–2013 birth years). This program is built to develop stronger, fitter, and more resilient athletes by combining expert coaching, proven methods, and a fun, competitive environment.
Each session is split into two key components:
Conditioning (30–35 minutes): Focused on cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, power, and mobility. Through constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, players will be challenged to hit key physical benchmarks. Our professional coaches from Bridge Athletics will ensure sessions are engaging, individualized, and educational—teaching athletes how to build and tailor their own programs.
Strength Training (30–35 minutes): Athletes will work on foundational lifts such as Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, and Lunges. Programs are adjusted to each player’s stage of development, emphasizing correct technique, progression, and injury prevention. All sessions will be delivered at Bridge Athletics under the guidance of certified strength and conditioning coaches.

Ages? Players aged 2007 - 2013 (players will be capped at 40 and split into two groups of 20 - these groups will be split by age and physical maturation)
Who? The serious soccer player (club / academy level players) looking to supplement their club training in the off season
