Striker, Finishing and Scrimmage Camp
First Touch Soccer Academy is delighted to continue its work with Sam Gehman and SG Elite to present a collaborative camp that focuses on all aspects of attacking soccer. In collaborating with Sam and his staff we are excited to provide a unique and high level camp for all our players. Building on the success of the 2023 camp we will be adding a scrimmaging element. The day will consist of structured technical / tactical attacking sessions, a break, followed by conditioned scrimmages (extending the camp to four hours, rather than three like last year).

Overview:
The Finishing and Striker camp will be available to players born 2010-2016 who wish to improve their attacking skills. The curriculum (break down below) will be designed so that players are getting maximum repetitions of different finishing techniques in a variety of game like scenarios. This will be a fun and specific training camp for all those who love to make and score goals! This camp will be capped at 60 players to ensure extremely low player to coach ratio and personal interaction.

Camp Goals:
The goal of this camp is to really focus on the finishing and striking techniques players need to be successful on the field. The coaches will utilize multiple fields with sets of different goals to practice a variety of techniques. If a player is looking to improve their game in the final third then this is the camp for them.

- First time finishing
- Crossing and finishing
- Heading
- Combination play
- Turning to finish
- 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2 finishing scenarios
- Conditioned games in the final third - decision making / execution
